Why the G12 Antibody?

The G12 anti-gliadin antibody was specially developed to detect the most toxic part of gluten: the 33mer peptide. Accordingly, it's well-suited for a wide range of items: raw ingredients, but also processed, hydrolyzed, or fermented foods and drinks.
